PRE REQUISETS & INFORMATION

Drivers  must be 21- 75 years of age and hold a valid Australian License or International/Overseas Equivalent.- No Fees for
Extra nominated  Drivers. A refundable $400 Insurance bond is a requirement of our Insurers and is refunded at conclusion of rental on nominated EFT /Credit Card less any  charges for Tolls, Refueling, Infringement Notices etc, Insurance applications or Damage.

ADMINISTRATION & PROCESSING FEES

CAR2GO ® DOES NOT charge Administraion Fees or Processing Fees in the unlikely event that Hirer/s are presented with any Infringement Notices such as ,Speeding Fines, Toll Evasion, Red Light Camera notice, Parking Tickets sent to us etc...

CAR2GO ® DOES NOT Charge any Administration Fees ,Processing Fees, or Vehicle Recovery Fees in the unlikely event of an accident that requires an application with our Insurer irrespective of No Fault.

CAR2GO ®  provides FREE Vehicle Delivery and Pickup from Sanctuary Cove to Banoora Point ONLY. Returns outside this are chargable at $1.00 per Klm travelled to vehicle plus Toll,Towing and parking fees if applicable to return vehicle to the nearest  depot of CAR2GO ®.

RATES & VEHICLES

Our Rates are GST Inclusive and at time of Confirmed Booking and will NOT be altered.
We OfferDeliveries/Pickups at Gold Coast Airport charge NO Airport Fees or Premium Location Fees.

Our Vehicles are NON SMOKING enviroments and are Fully Insured to be operated from/including Noosaville to Byron Bay and inland including Toowoomba.
 
All vehicles are inclusive of 150 Klm's per day for 1-5 Day Bookings - cumulative-not fuel.  Minimum 3 Day Hire/Charge.  Excess KLms are chargeable at  20c /Klm. Bookings 6 Days or more are NOW Unlimited KLMS from 1 February 2011.

All vehicles are GO VIA ETOLL number plate activated for easy repayment of Tolls to CAR2GO ® at conclusion of Rental. Should you wish to use your own ETAG please advise a representative  of CAR2GO ® who will deactivate the Hired vehicle for the duration of your rental. A PrePay with Queensland Transport will Deactivate the Hired Vehicle automatically.Go to www.govia.com.au  for details on Tollways and PrePays.

We offer 1 DAY FREE included in a 5 DAY Hire  when Upgraded or Premium Excess is taken. This helps offeset the cost of the Insurance and provides Excellent cover for our Clients at reduced rates.

Roadside Assistance does NOT cover keys being locked in vehicles or flat batteries due to lights being left on and attracts a Fee for the Gold Coast area of $45 or outside the Gold Coast $95. We will despatch a Representative within 2 Hours for outside Gold Coast and within approx 1 Hour for on the Gold Coast. Lost Keys attract full replacement cost even if found after New Keys are cut

INSURANCE

PREMIUM INSURANCE REDUCTION *

Reduces the liability from $3000 to just $200 per claim in the event of an accident with another vehicle when details of other driver provided and a successful claim is made by our Insurer, Covers Single/Multiple  vehicle accidents , hail, and storm, flood ,under body, interior. Includes theft -excepting negligence.

BONUS -- Also Includes $0 Liability for No Fault when details of other driver and/or Insurance details are provided and Our Insurer Successfully Claims on other party.

*This Policy Includes  Windscreen, headlights, glass and tyre damage.



UPGRADED INSURANCE REDUCTION *
Reduces the liability from $3000 to just $400 per claim SINGLE/MULTIPLE in the event of an accident with another vehicle  when details of other driver provided and a successful claim is made by our Insurer as required, Does NOT cover , hail, and storm, flood, under body, interior ,theft . Liability is accepted by Hirer/s.

BONUS -- Also Includes $0 Liability for No Fault when details of other driver and/or Insurance details are provided and Our Insurer Successfully Claims on other party.

*Does NOT Include Windscreen, headlights, glass and tyre damage.

STANDARD INSURANCE
Standard liability of $3000 in the event of an accident with another vehicle when other driver and/or Insurance details are provided and claim is successful.

Single Vehicle accidents, Theft, storm, hail, under body, interior are Not covered and Hirer/s accept full responsibility.
